Gorgeous large 15cm near white blooms with yellow tones, a gold ruffled edge and green throat. Registered scape height 71cm. Blooming late in the season and then reblooming. Semi-evergreen. The Eugene S. Foster Award is an annual award given for the outstanding late blooming cultivar and voted by Garden Judges.
